First step to my fitness goals!

First step: Walk through the doors of the gym, which I am doing today for the first time in a long time.
I am going to take it slow at first, I don't want to push myself and get injured. As long as I get at least 30mins a day of activity I know I will be on the right track.

Alright about to leave in a few minutes, wish me luck! :wink:

    Great. Just remember, the gym won't be what makes the difference in your weight loss.

    Diet = Weight Loss/Maintenance/Gain

    Exercise = Only burns some more calories


    You can loose weight without exercising, but you can never loose weight without properly dieting.
