I am just getting around to introducing myself though I have been on this site on and off for months. When it comes to weight lose of just being fit I lack discipline. However with this site I plan on fixing that.
I am super body conscious and have tried many unhealthy habits to lose weight. At the time health and fitness was not at the top of my list, being skinny was. I also had a best friend with the same intentions and we were bad influences on each other always finding faults with our bodies and others. Together we began throwing up food that we thought we should nothave ate. We did that on and off as well as starvation. People often think that if you are seen as slim by others then you do not have the right to worry about your body but in today's society where we are plastered with images of what we should look like it is hard to be happy with your body. Now I just want to be fit forget skinny and give me strong.
