Hey everyone! So this is my first real attempt at losing weight. Before I've always just said I was trying, but really didn't change anything more than adding a few crunches to my day. Now I'm 210 lbs and can't believe I left myself get to this point. I've always been a big kid, but I never thought I'd hit 200 let alone go over. I'm hoping to get down to about 150-160 ( I'm 5'10 so I feel like that is where I will look my best). The biggest issue I've run into is not having any idea the kind of calories or such I'm eating because I'm living in China while I go to school. So and kind of packaged food products I always read, but if I go out or to my in-laws I'm kind of just SOL. I now walk the mile to school everyday and I usually have to go to campus twice a day so I'm hoping that will work out well with the cutting back on junk food and doing some exercise videos at home a few times a week. So that is my story, hope to be able to tell you guys of amazing progress is in the future!
