Hi guys,
I'm tired of being fat, are you?
I have this plan that was given to me by a long time friend but never got to it eventually, but the transformation is amazing!
I need people to serve as peer to each other, to compete, motivate and show off the pounds they lose!
I plan to put up some exercises that can fit our daily busy lives and I am encouraging you to share what works for you as well!
We can come up with a plan, so losing weight won't be boring, each day one of us can come up with a diet plan and an exercise plan that could help us lose those weight. Now this would be good, coz we will have insight from different people and get to do different things and will definitely won't get bored!
I need people who has the WILL to lose the weight and people who WANT to lose it!
Together we may succeed, alone we might falter and fall.

BTW; THIS IS A 30 DAY CHALLENGE TO JUMPSTART OUR PLAN, afterwards we can go for another goal!

Mine is 10 - 15 pounds.
