Yesterday I went to the gym... Planning to just go on the bike or something for an hour because I was already sore from the day before. Instead I decided to stay for 1 hr and 15 minutes of Zumba. Then my favorite class was next... so add 1 hr of kickboxing... and 30 minutes of muscle conditioning to stretch it all out. Can't believe I lasted that long. As much as I felt like dying... I actually had fun with it (never thought I would actually say that). I went home and made myself a very small portion of nachos that I had been craving for a week (Thanks TOM)... probably not the best thing, but I made them myself so I could control the calories. I ended up being right at my calorie goal (and that's the goal BEFORE adding calories for exercise). So it's not too bad! I would say it was a pretty good day :) Today I get to rest. haha. But I'm going bowling... so that's still kinda exercise, right?
