Help! Need low carb foods!

Hey guys,

I'm from the UK. I really need a helping hand in what foods to buy for lunch throughout the week ect. It's mostly the main portion....i'm living on rice and veg everyday as it's cheap haha. Thats probably bad for me though! So I need some suggestions on stuff I can buy from Asda ect to help me loose weight as i'm stuck at around 150 lb and haven't budged in weeks. I go the gym too.

    At a minimum, you should be having some protein with that, chicken breast, etc... Also, think about replacing the rice with quinoa.

    Yep, protein. Even if it's just pouched or canned (tinned?) tuna, or beans.

    You LOSE weight by eating at a calorie deficit. You don't need to go low carb to lose weight.

    More protein is the best idea, even if its pre cooked chicken breast, great to add to some veg and rice with a little sauce.
