Sugar alternative?

Hi there!
I am really not clued in on all the sugar replacements out there.
I am working on creating a tasty yet low calorie microwave banana cake! I have found one that is really tasty but the amount of sugar is bumping up the calories! (Even if it IS only 3 tbsps.)
I would like to hear about the sugar replacements you guys use and what you think of them/how you rate them!
Ideally something natural would suit me better as I try to eat clean.
Cheers,
Ruby

Look up erythritol, mannitol, liquid sucralose & sugar alcohols.
Some people tolerate them well, others, not so much.

You'll have to try them out in different combinations to see what suits your taste, everyone's different.
Except where it comes to sugar, most everyone agrees on the level of sweet it will yield

    Good luck :drinker:

eta: I got erythritol at Whole Foods, Liquid sucralose on Amazon (under the brand name EZSweets)

3 tablespoons for a whole cake? how many cals/carbs per serving do you get? i would leave as is instead of coming up with some alternative - you aren't talking about a lot of sugar.

yes, liquid Stevia is supposed to taste better, but I don't like it. It's kind of bitter to me, also, monkfruit jacks up my blood sugar
