It's all a matter of perspective... (with pics, duh)

So, I started using MFP over two years ago (I tihnk). About five months ago I stopped, due to exams. I only recently got back on track, but I didn't gain as much as I thought. Even better? My shape stayed similar to when I almost reached my goal weight, not as blegh as it used to be.
Now, for reference, this was me about three years ago at my heaviest (82kg) (And if I ever find that bathing suit again, I shall post a before/after pic.)
And this is me now, only about 4kg less. The pic on the left I don't like as much, especially my thighs. But thanks to perspective (see what I did there?) The pic on the right I just love. Both pics have been taken mere minutes apart.
Next step: getting back to where I was five months ago.

Unlike you, I do like the pic on the left! Even your thighs! You can see quite a HUGE difference from the bathing suit pic and that one! GOOD JOB!!! Can I ask what your plan of attack has been? I just started a 90 day workout program and calorie counting.0

I pretty much eat whatever I want, no restrictions on chocolate or the like. I cut out junk food/fast food almost entirely, and if I am craving soda, I drink Pepsi light. All within the MFP calorie goal, though. I also started going on long walks, and doing yoga.0
