Vitamins

Hey guys!
I'm just curious to see what which vitamins you guys are taking each day. I'm currently taking Iron and a Weight Smart 1 a Day.

    I only take calcium and that has D included.
    I try not to take them. I try to get my daily vitamins in the food that I eat.
    (Not enough calories in my day to eat my calcuim - once on maintain I should be off the calcuim pills)

    I take a good-quality multivitamin, calcium + Vitamin D, a fish oil capsule, and a cinnamon capsule that contains chromium picolinate (since both of those have shown in some *limited* studies to help with appetite and stabilization of blood sugar). I agree with the previous post that it's best to get all of the nutrients through diet if possible, as they are the most bioavailable in that form...I just use the supplements as a bit of extra insurance, since I know that I personally don't eat everything I should every day. :happy:
