It's Working

I have been at it since Tuesday of last week and the scale is on the move. It's working - that first week is like pushing a car up the hill, but after a few days you get to the top of the hill and the car moves a little faster on the other side.
Yesterday I skipped working out, but I stuck to the calories and used them wisely. That's so important because without watching that like a hawk, the rest doesn't matter.
So, yes, "only" two pounds in 9 days but I think that is a great result. If I can do it, I am telling you, so can you if you are new. And, look at all these great results people are having. They inspire me, so thank you to all who have been a great motivation and just been there the last few days.
Roll Tide.

2 pounds in less then 2 weeks is great. Keep in mind that a lot of the early loss tends to be water, so things can slow down, but you are off to the races! Good luck!0
