Get rid of the Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K) aftertaste?

Maybe I'm a weird person, but whenever I end up ingesting Ace-K (through prewrokouts or calorie free drink mixes or protein powder) I get this horrible, overly sweet, saliva "aftertaste" and more often than not, it will last me the whole. Freakin. Day.

It's really hard to find stuff that's sweetened with Stevia. I can stand sucralose alone fine so I usually try to stick to that (and there are "some" products which have a small enough dose that I won't notice the aftermath too much, but as a general rule, products sweetened with Ace-K just tend to be so darn sweet. Like, too sweet. Like, cripes, I'd rather you leave the product bitter, pl0x!)

So does anyone have experience with this saliva sweetening and have a trick to prevent / stop / remove it? I'm gonna make it a point to never buy anything with Ace-K in it again, but I don't wanna throw away what I already have :/
