I've been using the same exercises with the same calorie expenditure for 2 months now with great success and I log in today and the same exercises I've been doing have been readjusted showing a 50% calorie reduction...In other words, I have been burning 320 and now it says the same exercises I am burning 195? What's up with that?

Sounds like you have lost weight, and mfp is rescuing your calorie burn! It is more accurate that way! Mfp generally WAY over-estimates calorie burns anyway!

As your weight decrease so does the amount of calories burnt per session, simple less weight to move, takes less calories.

I wear my HRM w/ chest strap for every exercise and find that MFP shows double the amount that my HRM does. I always use my HRM number.

To lose a third of your burn in just 2 months is a very big drop though. Have you lost a lot of weight in that time?
