Hello everyone!

Hi all! This is my first go at online support in weight-loss. If anyone has tips on staying motivated or yummy recipes please feel free to say hello! I used to be much more active, and after running in a 10k (that I was NOT prepared for) June 2012, my knees have never been the same. They have become my "excuse" for not working out, and over the last year i have gained 25lbs. The number seems to be slowly creeping up, and I need to gain control!
