hello everyone, im new to fitness pal and just wanted to introduce myself. im a 49 year young grandma. i have asthma, so i am limited to my exercise, im not limited as long as i can breathe, lol. i have started walking and im up to 2 1/2 miles a day, and i have a stationary bike that i try to do atlease 5 miles per day, so i think thats a good start. i would like to loose around 50 lbs
