New Fitness Regimen!

I'm thinking about getting Shawn T's T25 workout DVDs but wanted to get the opinions of those who have tried it. I just finished up 3 months of p90x and loved the results but am looking for something as effective but a little less time consuming! I work 12-13 hour shifts and it's hard to come home and workout for an hour or more after that. Thanks in advance for the advice!

IMO T-25 is a good starter program for Insanity or P90X or other programs like that. I'm afraid you might be disappointed in feel of the workout having done P90X already. I am a graduate of Insanity and the only way I feel like I am accomplishing anything with T25 is if I double it up. Don't get me wrong, it's a good workout, but as I heard it called yesterday, it's Insanity Lite.
  • If you loved P90X you may want to hold off for a little bit and wait on the P90X 3! I saw it on beachbody.com a few weeks ago. It is basically supposed to be P90X jammed into 30 mins/day. I'm not sure when the release date is though.
