2 lbs of skirt steak,
green onions
cilantro
4 limes
2 normal tomatoes
goya seasoning
salt
pepper
yellow onion
little pasta noodles(i dont know the name)
rice
Get the 2 lbs, trim the excess fat, meat is already marbleized so the extra is not necessary. Tenderize it. Add goya seasoning, salt, and pepper to it.
cut it up in little parts to make cooking easier.
dice the green onions, and cilantro, squeeze 2 limes. into there. mix it with your hand in a bowl.
Turn the heat up full blast to cook the outside and keep it medium rare
fry diced onions and the noodles until it turns brown
add it to the rice before cooking. it browns the rice.
dice tomatoes, lime and salt.
