If you are looking for workout motivation get in touch with me. You can work out with Chicago, Lead Tenor - Jason Scheff. That would be a good motivation to get out and work!!! He's started his own move for better health in Nashville!! He's on the road alot, but when he's home he's working out!!! They had a workout last night!!! 20 peeps attended! There is no charge!!!

    Close...Knoxvegas here... but I have a couple of personal chef clients there so I am in town once or twice a week and usually stay over.
