I don't know about anyone else, but I love todo 30 day challenges!!! I just finished the 5 mile challenge and loved it but now I want to do something that targets waist line, abs, and breast (to reduce). I do squats daily to target glutes, hips, and thighs. Any ideas for the upper body to maintain an hourglass shape?...
