Need a Mushroom Burger Recipe!

I bought 4 portobello mushrooms last night with intentions of making burgers out of them. I can't seem to find a simple recipe for them! Would I just drizzle them with olive oil, cracked pepper and grill? Suggestions, please :bigsmile:

    I think I saw on TV where a guy just brushed the mushroom caps lightly with olive oil then grilled them on the BBQ, Only took a minute or so on both sides, then slap them on the bun just like any other burger.

    Really? I googled "grilled portobello recipe" and got a ton of hits. But if you're looking for simple, what you propose would definitely work.
