"How to have your cake and skinny jeans too" - Thoughts?

I'm not done with this book yet, but was interested in hearing others' feedback. Specifically- if anybody was able to go with her "plan" and how it worked out long-term?
I don't think I have full on binges, but a lot of the concepts so far (eating because I ate, good/bad foods, etc) resonate with me. Yet the concept of going trackless, and not restricting doesn't seem like it would end up in me losing the rest of this weight. I think I'd get stuck in the initial stages and never progress to the healthful eating place.
Step 1- finish book, but would love some additional input!

Well, I don't know what the book says, but it is totally possible to have cake and skinny jeans. I eat ice cream (often WITH cake) everyday and have lost 123lbs in about 15 months. All the foods you love can be incorporated into a healthy weight loss plans, and NO foods are bad, some are just more calorie dense than others.
