Friday will make 30 days!

This friday will mark 30 straight days of logging in and tracking my calories and activity here on MFP! I am so proud of myself that ive stuck with this and that ive committed myself to a true lifestyle change!

Some of my accomplishments...

Ive completely cut out all sodas.
I go to the gym at least 4 times a week for at least an hour of working out (this week my goal is to go every day)
I drink over 8 glasses of water every day
Im down 10lbs

I thank MFP for helping me make these changes! My goal is to be down to 130 by my 30th birthday next June and I fully believe that I CAN do it!
