Hey there :)

Hello everyone!

My name is Madeline, and I am relatively new to MFP. I've had an account for a while but I haven't been keeping a food diary or anything. I'm trying to get in shape for my wedding in 8 months.

I studied ballet from when I was 5-18. That was pretty much my only form of exercise, and now that I don't dance anymore, I am out of shape. Working out and exercising has never been easy for me and I just recently joined a gym and found a trainer to show me the ropes. Nutrition is also a big downfall on my part. My family is Italian and we love to eat (pasta, bread, all the bad carbs). I'd love to make friends on here and get good advice and motivation!
