So I have had this weird thing for a few days now... Fever, body aches, nausea, vomiting, and a wicked sore throat. Apparently it''s been going around. Or so everyone says. I feel better... throat still hurts and still a little achey but I am worried... haven't hit the gym in 3 days! Checked my temp, and I'm still at 100.1... would it be safe to go work out or will I sabotage my body's efforts to fight off the infection?

I wouldn't, lady. Give your body time to get healthy again and it'll do much better. :)

    Get well soon! xoxo

No don't work out it will hurt more than help. Your body needs its strength to fight off what ever you have. You can hit the gym again when your well.

Get some rest. With a fever over 100 your body is doeing plenty of "work". That's why you feel like crap. Not only that, no one else in the gym needs that type of work out either.
