Looking for some new friends and motivation

I am trying to lose this weight (again) and I want to do it in a healthy way. I am interested in gaining new friends and maybe finding a "stat twin". I am 24 years old and 5'9, I currently weigh 207lbs (that was hard to type) and my goal is 140lbs. I know how to lose weight via diet, but I am more interested in a lifestyle change at this point.     Added you! We can definitely help motivate one another. I was doing really well from April to July but fell off for the months of August and September. Just got back on track last week and so far so good!

    You can add me too if you want. I fell off the wagon for 3 weeks and just starte back up again. I'm trying to cut down my portion sizes and I'm lifting weights and doing cardio. I know how frustrating it is, and how easy it is to give up. Don't give up because starting back up again is even harder, and you can't just start where you left off. But we can do it! StacyB150

    I just rejoined and lost quite a few friends since I've been off for a long time. We all could use some motivation.
