Hi everyone, I'm wallxflower!
I've been on and off with my weight throughout the years. In elementary school, I felt I was the skinniest, but as I turned older, I became my average weight. Because college is so stressful (trying to be in medical school!), I think I've gained weight, a weight I do not find as ideal. The reasons why I struggled not maintaining my weight was my desire for shortcuts and lack of dedication. All the nice clothes I wear doesn't even look cute on me, because my body is very awkward. I just felt like everything looked ugly on me, so I got lazy with style. However, having this mindset makes me feel quite insecure, which is affecting my overall attitude to life, and school. I even get self-conscious with friends... I feel like once I get my ideal body, I would be MUCH more confident in everything I do. So, by creating an account for myfitnesspal, I've decided to stay committed to be happy.
Here is my physique:
BMI: 22.5
Gender: Female
Age: 19 years
Height-Around 4"11 feet - 5"0 feet.
Weight-Around 114-115 pounds. (I use to be 112...)
Ideal Weight: 99-100 pounds.
Clothing Sizes: Small, sometimes medium depending on brand
Pant Size (US Jeans): 3-4 vary upon brand
Diet: Rice & sausages, Broccoli dipped in Ramen Juice, Bananas, Pretzels, Pizzarolls
(note: my diet is horrible because I'm a college student!!! LOL you notice I try be healthy with that broccoli...)
Fluid Intake: Sometimes cranberry, green tea, and water
I know that this is "average" for my weight and height, but to be honest, I know I can be much healthier. So please, if anyone can guide me what to do because I don't know where to start. I'm just a beginner at losing weight & working out. I believe to lose fat is to have an calorie deficient? My main goal is to lose weight, but specifically I want to slim down my arms, my legs(thighs), and make my calves less muscular-looking. I think my short legs look like this because of its disproportionate fat and muscle in my legs? I want to make them not muscular looking. I know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone has any advice, please just comment!!! I would be so happy! ^___^ Also, please don't post any condescending comments, because clearly, I'm not very knowledgable about fitness. Thank you sosososo much my lovelies!
PS: I provided a lot weird details to give as much accurate info as I can to help give an overall picture of me.. I'm going to buy a mirror soon so I can show you my body lol.. Sorry about that!
