Bruises after 30DS help!?

Okay so, I started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on Monday, and I am on day4level1 today.
I actually just finished day4 ^yay^
Anyhow...
I noticed that on the inside of my elbow it's kind of blue.... kind of bruised? It doesn't hurt or anything, it just looks a bit blue. Could it be from the stress of the weights??
Keep in mind this is my first time actually exercising continuesly on something not-so-easy. Just wanted to make sure is this normal?

I never bruised or had anything like that after doing that workout, but I worked out a lot before using this one.
You don't recall hitting that part of your arm on anything, do you? 'Cause I don't know where just lifting the weights would cause you to bruise. If it doesn't seem like a normal bruise, I'd get it checked out, just to be sure.0
