Loose Stomach Skin and What To Do About It?

When I loose weight my lower stomach skin sags and is wrinkly. I was over weight as a child and teenager. As an adult I've kept a much lower weight but when I got pregnant I received many more stretch marks. Now my stomach skin looks worse when I'm at my skinniest and most muscular than if I put on 20-30 lbs.
Is my only solution plastic surgery? Are there any other options out there for people In my situation to deal with skin that has apparently lost so much of it's elasticity?

You just need to have it surgically removed if it really bothers you. Or wear clothes that cover it. :drinker: It's not the end of the world if you don't have surgery, that's why one-piece bathing suits exist. And nobody's perfect, so if anybody else doesn't like it, they can lump it.0

^^ Agree with this advice.
There are products and exercises that claim to work, but as you've probably discovered, they don't work.
The good news is you'll be healthier at the right weight.0
