Don't know where to start

I am so stuck, my schedule changes from week to week so it makes it REALLY hard to get some kind of routine going. I get started and do really well one week and then do awful the next week. I struggle with meal planning the most, I know that if I can plan and have the groceries in the house for it, then I do really well. I find that any of the meal plans out there are unrealistic for me, I don't like what it is suggesting. I love smoothies in the morning I have shakology which works really well for me to make one of those. Lunch and Dinner are my struggles and I don't know what to do....
