Since the original thread seems to be locked - I'm continuing to report my progress on a part two thread

week #1 goal = 180 min, actual = 405
week #2 goal = 420 min,actual = 432
week #3 goal = 445 min, actual = 364
week #4 goal = 445 min maybe this time I'll reach it

mon: 70 (40 min walk, 30 min step aerobics)
tue: 60 (40 min walk, 20 minute weight training)
wed: 80 (40 min walk, 25 min kickboxing, 15 weight training)
thu: 75 (40 min walk, 35 minute strength training)
fri:
