    What is your big picture?
    My big picture is to be a black belt in taekwondo and to lose the rest of the weight in a healthy manner and keep it off.

    What is something you can do in the next 7 days to help you achieve that big picture?
    Go to Taekwondo everyday that I am availible no matter how many excuses I might "come up with"
    Make sure that I am eating a balanced diet and stay under my calorie intake.

    What are obstacles that you think you might run into? Being tired and not wanting to make healthy eating decisions all the time.

    What are you willing to do to make sure these obstacles do not stop you from achieving your goals? Get up and go to taekwondo no matter how tired I am. Not bring in bad eating temptions to my home, and prepack meals.
