Motivation

I'm new and Its the end of my first week. I have stuck to my calories , I have mostly been below, Exercised twice with 20 minute jogs and 1 hour walk . Result +1Ib... Really disappointed and a little bit gutted ...:sad:

    My suggestion would be perhaps give it another week and see how you go, are you weighing yourself every morning? Also did you weigh in at the same time as last week? Body weight can fluctuate due to everything that goes on with fluids the food we're digesting so don't be discouraged.

    If you get to next week and have the same result then you may want to think about revising what you're eating, if you're measuring out a lot of parts for meals then be sure your scales are accurate and not feeding you extra calories!

    Most of all don't be discouraged by one bad result, changing your body is a long road that rewards people who are consistent, stick with it and I'm sure you will see the results soon enough!
