Daily Calories : 1400 (1200 + exercise calories)
3 days/week of heavy lifting
4 days/week of moderate intensity cardio (30-45 min)
Macros: 35% protein, 35% carbs, 30% fat
I just started logging my food and being serious about my goal on October 1st and since then I have lost 15 pounds. In the past week I have lost over 3 pounds. I have read many times that more than 2 lbs/week isn't healthy so I'm a little concerned how easily it's coming off. I feel the best I've felt in a long time. I don't feel hungry, tired, and I feel like I have plenty of energy to give it my all at the gym. Is it possible to lose that much fat so quickly? I know that initially I probably lost a good amount of water weight, but I monitor my sodium intake and my weight does not fluctuate up at all anymore. I do daily weights in the am.
I'm sorry if this thread has been done a million times but I didn't find one that was similar to my situation.

Sometimes you get a little "whoosh" like your body wants to reward you for your hard work. Next week it may decide you get nothing though so take it and be happy. You can always eat a bit more if you want to slow things down. You're on a pretty low calorie regime.0

That's true, I guess I'll enjoy the quick loss while it's here... it's bound to slow down sooner or later.0
