I am wondering what are the effects of high sodium intake on weight loss.
I am following the iifym model and to fit the macros especially when I am travelling(which I do once a week or so), I tend to go over the sodium limit set by MFP.
Wondering whats the effect for weight loss and how to counter?

You will retain more water which will mean that the scale will not adequately reflect the fat loss. You will continue to lose fat.0

Drink a lot of water. Honestly I don't see huge gains from sodium, unless I go way way over but that only happened once on a cheat day.0
