Welcome to MFP! A great way to get your protein, aside from food is from protein shakes. I was told by a personal trainer to get 100% whey protein and to drink for a snack or a meal replacement. You didn't mention what you are eating. I also find it hard to consume all my calories as well, but I don't want to overstuff myself, so I don't eat them all. I find it quite easy to get my protein though, in fact, I go over my allowance, quite a bit. If you want to add me as a friend, we can support each other, and you can take a look at my food diary to get some ideas.

Its hard to balance excersize and eating the right amount of calories but this site is great because it tells you how many calories you should be eating based off of your weight. I would aim for at least 1200 calories so your body doesnt go into starvation mode, maybe more but see what the calculator thingy says for you , cuz like i said its based off of weight and other things. Good luck and eat small meals many times a day. I have done this and I am working out like crazy lately and I lost 4 pounds in less than two weeks, so it works!0
