It's amazing how much better my body feels when I eat healthfully! I took a detour a week or so ago and got off track with my eating. While it didn't impact my weight, now that I'm eating well again (sweets still in moderation ;) ) I feel so much more energetic and just GOOD.

I'll have to be sure to remember this when things gets crazy again!

    Sometimes it's hard.. but I just have a bunch of stuff pre made over the weekend and when I know I wont' have time to cook,t hat's what for dinner. Even if I don't really want it. I am running low right now.. but thankfully it's Friday. I wanna make taco soup this weekend and something with my apple sauce.

    But yea.. unhealthy food make me feel icky.. There's only about 1 week ever so many months where I really fall off the wagon there anymore.. but that week suck anyway. HAHA
