Just recently relocated don't have anyone here to work out with so I have to find ways to stay motivated!

Ive worked out alone, 5 days a week, for 5 months now.

Been working out for almost 19 yrs now.....
I would say about 17 of those yrs I have been solo.....0 -
Ditto that. If I do work out with anyone it's in a class. But running etc I do on my own. It gives my head a chance to just calm down and focus on what I'm doing.
This site is great for support if you need it. But if you need in-person workout support I'm sure you'll makes friends soon. GOod luck.0 -
