Hey all

hey guys, like a lot of posters here, im new, and like them i'v tried and tried to loose some weight/gain muscle, but im soo bad at it, i havent made an account here before, but i have made accounts at jefit and bodybuilding.com, etc, im not really sure what my problem is, i guess its maintaining my motivation, im 28, i have seizures, and it has recently caused me to loose my job, and my doctor says i prolly wont work again, but he is encouraging me to take advantage of all this free time, so i'v decided to try again, even tho i'v spent most of my life on my computer, im really bad at social networking, i read a lot of posts about people looking for others to help them stay motivated, and wile im not really sure how much that can help me, i thought i'd give it a shot as well, i havent really decided on a workout routine yet, im still learning how to use different apps to help. I have a treadmill and a full weight bench and free weight set, so im hoping to find a way to make that work for me, if anyone has any tips or advice please feel free to let me know! Also i wanna note, that lifting weights isnt a problem with my condition, since i only have seizures wile im sleeping, so im not really worried about dropping a weight on myself or anything heh
