Walking while babywearing. I carry my 28lb toddler on my back while briskly walking and can't figure out how to log that as opposed to just regular walking. Should I even count that? Thanks!!

yes, you should count that! That is so awesome that you are exercising with your child:

thee are two ways you can count this:

    1. way is that lets say you do 15 minute walk: the weight would be 28 lbs.
    or
    2. go to google search, and look up: what you are doing, 15 minute walk with 28 lbs on my back or etc:
it should take you to website.

on another note: you can add alot of stuff you do every day as fitness, just to let you know, i hope this helps
