If you value your money don't buy Icon products. They don't value their customers and their warranty is bogus. Purchase a machine and when it broke down 33 days after purchase, Icon told us we first had to take the panels off and troubleshoot the issue. Well, they missed three very key directions in the manual to do this. Now they tell us we have to go out and but my a damn crank puller to actually remove this. Now I can't work out AND I have to spend more money. Any one else have problems with this company?
