If the scale is up. How long before you consider it a real gain and not watet weight ect. Before I went on a 4 day vacation I was 1\2 lb away from 80 down. 2 days after the trip it appeard that it stayed the same. Then shot up. It was tom at the end of the trip but its been done for 4 days and weight is still hovering around a lb or two up. Would you consider this a real gain? I have never gained lost lbs back. I have lost a little of my drive and getting burned out of calorie counting.

wow congrats on your weight loss! my scale said i gained 3 lbs overnight and that was after i had a really good eating day. from now on i refuse to weigh myself everyday. weigh yourself after a week. if it didnt go back down then it was prob actual lbs and not water.0

This is why I DON"T weigh everyday!! I only weigh once a week...and I count it (good or bad)!! Some people suggest only weighing monthly....I can't wait that long!!
I would think that when you get to your goal weight MAY be a good time to weigh more often. However, while losing once a week works for me!! :bigsmile:0 -
Thanks guys. I probably need to try to only weigh once a week. If the weight is still around within a few days I am going to have to chalk it up to my first real gain.0
