Ive started my journey so im 40lbs of weight lost. im trying to transition to mostly fruits and veg and maybe once a week some meat. my goal is eventually no meat but i cant just stop haha. so here it goes anyone around my age going through the same struggles hit me up and we can talk it up..or anyone else for that matter
