Ive started my journey =) so im 40lbs of weight lost. im trying to transition to mostly fruits and veg and maybe once a week some meat. my goal is eventually no meat but i cant just stop haha. so here it goes =) anyone around my age going through the same struggles hit me up and we can talk it up..or anyone else for that matter

    Welcome! Good luck on your journey. I won't be the first to suggest this to you, but please ensure that you are getting adequate protein in your diet, along with those fruits and veggies. All the macros are important!
