So this is my first time trying anything like this. I just took an office job and was surprised at just how fast I put on some weight! I live by myself and hate to cook, so I rely A LOT on fast food =( I was hoping that if I start documenting what I actually consumed it might change somethings. So far so good.... but I feel so hungry all the time! My co-works laugh because now my desk dawer (the snack one) is now filled with fruit and nuts. Anyone have something else healthy that is filling? :flowerforyou:
