What calorie level do you crash on? How soon?

I'm just curious, mainly :)

I had an awful crash day today, and my doctor had given me a glucose meter to see if I'm getting hypoglycemic often. Nope (I'm actually higher than either of us knew). I've eaten good proteins, great carbs, etc. So what is the deal?

Looking at my logging that I do on the PC, if I net as low as 1250, I will crash unless I go over the next day. It happens every time. It's the day after next that I feel it half the time, so that's why I didn't figure it out before.

I get sleepy, migraines, dizzy, etc. It kinda sucks, and I'm going to stop doing that ever, lol. I don't know how high it needs to be, but it sounds like over 1300 NET is certainly a good idea. Or just go over the next day, because I know that fixes it with me.

How about you? Where do you crash, if at all? How soon?
