    Great job and definitely a reason to celebrate.

    I feel the absolute same way...I could not have made the progress I have without MFP and my fitbit!!! A lot of people want to argue the accuracy of the fitbit, but for me, it just reminds me to keep moving, which is a good thing!!!

    Well done on the 50lbs that's a great achievement... Your setting realistic goals that you can modify as you go that's a really good idea and not putting time constraints in place is another great idea... You can do it your proving it great work x

    I am 5'4 and started at about 188 and now I'm 138. Looking to be about 130 as well!! It is nice to achieve your goals..keep up the good work.

    I'm almost 5'1" and I am working on losing almost 50 lbs.... to get to the top of my healthy weight for my height and age. I'm almost there...about 12 lb. to go. Congrats on your success and thank you for sharing!!!!
