I would go to the doctors asap. Throwing up blood is never a good thing. It could be an ulcer or numerous other things. I wouldn't mess about asking for online advice. Go get checked out :flowerforyou:

Don't freak out though. Just get checked out.

I didnt throw up blood- I tasted the blood after throwing up- no sign of it though.

what's wrong is that you are asking strangers on the internet instead of seeking the advice of a medical professional.

you might not see any actual blood but if you're tasting blood, then it could be that you're bleeding from the stomach, throat or oesophagus. It might be nothing more than soft tissue damage from the stomach acid... but it could be an ulcer or something more serious so you should get it checked out.

If you're in the UK, call NHS direct. If you're outside the UK go to whatever non-emergency medical services you have where you can get seen straight away.

I know this is really late, but it could be a posterior nose-bleed. That happened to me a while back. When I was coughing up blood/tasting blood they told me to go to the ER or the urgent care.
