Could use some advice PLEASE.

I don't know why i just feel like i can't loose weight. i feel like some people have the willpower to say no to food and loose weight but i just don't and can't.How does one go about actually doing it? I need an accountability buddy. I just wish i had someone to keep me accountable. If anyone has any tips or want to share how they did it, or want to be my accountability buddy let's exchange emails.
