Just the beginning....

Hi! I am brand new to this and extremely excited to stay on top of my fitness goals and healthy eating. I weigh about 166 right now and want to get down to 120 even. I know this is going to be a long process but I need to do it. I feel like I have tried every way out there from Nutrisystem to pills to HCG. I need to do this for myself and it has to be now. I just want to be happy with my body, and Im not at all.

I could really use some buddies and some encouragement daily.

    Hey, welcome to MFP! I just started a few days ago and my goal is to lose 100 pounds. It sounds like sooo much, I never felt like I could do it before signing up for MFP and getting so much help and motivation and support. I hope you get the same! Friend me if you want!

    Welcome to the forums, guys. (Don't be fooled by the ticker on my profile -- I readjust it regularly to match my closest mini goal so I don't get frustrated.)
