Need help revising diet

Hi, all: My diary is open as I need some help revising my diet. I am aiming for a lower carb (not no carb) and higher protein diet. Please also note that I am not very tall and thus I try and have a 1,000-1,200 calories a day. Also, please use constructive criticism. Thanks in advance!

You got to eat back your exercise calories. It's not healthy to eat so little.0

I find that if I eat back my exercise calories though, my weight goes up.0

That can't be fat unless you're eating too much. Water retention is much more likely. You might be overestimating your exercise calories too. Do you use a heart rate monitor? Also make sure you weigh all your food so you know it's accurate.0

Those are both good ideas. I think I may have a heart rate monitor somewhere. Thanks!0
