Hi, all: My diary is open as I need some help revising my diet. I am aiming for a lower carb (not no carb) and higher protein diet. Please also note that I am not very tall and thus I try and have a 1,000-1,200 calories a day. Also, please use constructive criticism. Thanks in advance!

You got to eat back your exercise calories. It's not healthy to eat so little.

I find that if I eat back my exercise calories though, my weight goes up. :(

That can't be fat unless you're eating too much. Water retention is much more likely. You might be overestimating your exercise calories too. Do you use a heart rate monitor? Also make sure you weigh all your food so you know it's accurate.

Those are both good ideas. I think I may have a heart rate monitor somewhere. Thanks!
