I'm new here and wanting to chat to others who are motivated and will help keep me feeling the same way too!
I'm still getting used to working out kilojoules/ calourie counting compared to how much I lose during exercise. How much of lost calouries do you eat back after a big workout, if any? Any advice would be great! I'm looking to lose around 7kg, though regain fitness as an overall.0 -
