hi! my weight is always up and down. im constantly dieting and falling off the wagon. Ive done mfp over a year ago and I did well! im lookin for some motivation again! hopefully I can find the right motivation here with your help! feel free to add me!

    Thought it was a complete crock - but guess what? When I made up my mind to lose weight, I have. Over 17 months now and haven't quit.

    Get up every day and keep eating healthy & moving your body. This is how good habits are formed. Motivation fades, but habits are here for the duration.
